About
Craft, planning, and respect for detail.
Who we are
Our Foundation
In business since 2006, OTO Construction is a residential construction and general contracting company serving the Greater Toronto Area, Durham Region, Simcoe County and surrounding Southern Ontario communities.
We build custom homes and additions, deliver full home renovations, construct interlocking and hardscaped outdoor spaces, and manage general contracting work. Every project, regardless of size, is approached with the same commitment to creating spaces that are functional, beautiful, and built to last.
Our approach
How we work
Plan before we build
Most construction problems can be prevented on paper. We invest time early in scope, selections, approvals and scheduling so the work on site moves with confidence.
Communicate clearly
You should always know what is happening, what comes next and what decisions are needed from you. We keep updates regular and honest.
Respect the site
Your home, your neighbours and your property deserve care. We keep sites organized, protected and safe.
Finish properly
The final details define how a space feels. We walk the work with you and resolve deficiencies before we call a project complete.
Values

The OTO emblem
Our mark is built from simple, solid forms locked together, a reminder that strong results come from parts that are planned to fit.
